Nexus Abroad (“we”, “us”) is a study and work visa consultancy based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This policy explains how we handle information collected through nexusabroad.org.

- Answers you give in our quizzes, points checker and document checklist, if you choose to submit your details afterwards.
- Basic technical information, such as the page you submitted from and the time.
- Documents you share with us during a consultation or as a client, which are handled under your agreement with us.
How we use it
- To contact you about your enquiry and arrange consultations.
- To prepare your study, work or travel application when you become a client.
- To improve our website, tools and services.
How your information is stored
Enquiries submitted through our forms may be stored in our email and in a private spreadsheet in a secure cloud service. Access is limited to our team.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share information only when it is needed to provide your service, for example with a university, embassy or employer, and only with your agreement. We may also share it where the law requires.
Cookies and third parties
Our site does not use advertising cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, and form submissions may pass through cloud services we use to receive them. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and for any period the law or your agreement requires.

Our services are for adults and for students with parent or guardian involvement. Please do not submit another person’s information without their permission.
